This week at my experience things were a little slow. I carried on with my usual duties for the week. I was mostly disappointed that I haven't I haven't heard anything about working with the medical assistants. I was really looking forward to working with them and being able to learn new things. I am super curious about the things they do in their office to compare the difference between there and my old experience. I am still hopeful that I will eventually be able to move out of medical records and get a chance to show my skills with the MA's.
My employers time management policy is to always show up on time to work and use your time at work efficiently. I can not be late to work unless it is for a school reason. I feel it is very disrespectful and unprofessional to show up to work late. I feel that this shows that I am a very responsible worker and that my employer can always count on me to be there. If i'm not at work at the exact time I should be I am most likely early. My employer understands that sometimes things happen and emergencies are more important than work sometimes.
